This letter was hand delivered to Joe DiMartino by Sal at the Department of Public Works. Notice even back in 2021 the Treasurer AND former Finace Director were calling for a forensic audit.
You know, like the one DiMartino promised in his campaign and then "determined" wasn't necessary.

When Sal asked if his letter was recieved into the record, it was not. When he attempted to read it in during the public portion, he was stopped.
Although Charlie Sampson is correct in stating that the public portion is only for agenda items, this board had previosuly set a precedent of allowing the public to speak on any topic.

Marc, keeper of the records, has failed to produce meeting minutes for the BOA since the 1/29/2025 meeting. Check it out on the city website here. (You have to change the date filter to Jan-Oct to see them all)
THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HIM AND HIS OVERSTAFFED OFFICE.
Prior to that he had not done so for THIRTEEN consecutive meetings, they were all approved on 2/13/2025, see below or click here. These needed to get rammed through due to another FOIA request. (Can only post the agenda, because the minutes... well you get the picture)

Check out the city website here. Filter the dates from 11/2024 to current. You'll notice the Committee to Update Procedures (subcommittee that keeps their own minutes) have all of their minutes posted online.
The minutes Marc is responsible for (the regular meetings, see the latest agenda below with the minutes yet to be submitted for approval) have fallen by the wayside. (as of 10/26/2025)

It is also worth mentioning that any of the Aldermen running for re-election, AS WELL AS JOE DIMARTINO, were complicit with this behavior.
